This package is designed to ensure you enjoy your BIG DAY!  I work hard to make sure everything runs as flawless as possible and that your vision comes to life.   I coordinate all vendors, bridal party and family to make sure all details are handled. Relax and let me do the work! 

This package includes the following:

+Unlimited phone calls/texts/emails.

+Monthly “to-do” lists to keep us all on track.

+One venue walkthrough meeting for design and logistical planning.

+Review vendor contracts.

+Confirm date, time and details with all vendors (couple to give Cassie Renae Events, LLC a list of vendors).

+Collaborate with couple to create processional order and timing.

+Collaborate with couple to create detailed timeline for the ceremony and reception. This will dictate the flow of the day.

+Communicate timeline with all vendors before the wedding.

+Details meeting one to two weeks prior to your wedding date to review design, details and expectations (to be done at venue, if available).  

+One hour rehearsal coordination at location chosen by the client(s).  Please schedule at least one month in advance.

+Up to ten hours at the venue(s) on wedding day.  This will vary per wedding and is dependent on the needs of the wedding.

+One coordinator and one assistant on site for set-up, and throughout wedding until the traditional wedding events are done (approximately three to four hours after the start of the ceremony). 

+Set-up of décor and other necessary items not handled by vendors.  Table/chair set-up and chair cover/chair-tie set-up not included, but can be added onto package.  Please inquire about pricing and set-up requirements.

+Before the start of the ceremony and reception, final walkthrough of venue(s) to make sure all areas are set-up as planned.

+Direct the ceremony as rehearsed (cuing of music, family and bridal party).

+Direct the reception, as discussed, to ensure timeliness and smooth transition of events, following the timeline.

+Ensure all vendors are ready for big moments (DJ, photographer, videographer, etc.).

+Distribute any final payments to vendors.  

+Exclusive access to client page on Cassie Renae Events website with helpful tools and information sheets.

+Provide wedding emergency kit.

+Clean-up and removal of any items are not included in this package, but can be added to package.  Please inquire about pricing.
